APertain in GMASA 2016 – After the Event

APertain in GMASA 2016 has been wonderful. The week was tremendous and the week after has been fantastic for APertain. We have had a great re-assurance on what we are doing and great attractive young customers who are willing to try and use APertain. We have generated a lot of goodwill through this event. Here are some of the event photos and tidbits from customers through their appreciation of APertain and its features.

The GMASA 2016 Event was a great one for APertain in general. We had a lot of visitors who were very interested in what we were offering. We had mixed discussions about how we are better than the competition. Some even compared us to behemoths such as MixPanel. To keep the long story short, we went, we presented and we conquered. Everybody was intrigued to find out about the Drip Push Notifications Campaign which would run automagically (automatically) as configured from our SaaS Console (APertain Console). Also interested were on how to initiate the Drip Campaigns on the dormant set of users.

Everybody agreed that all installers don’t become their Users. Not just because the people after installing use the App just only once, but also because people just forget they even installed an App like that in the first place. Here is where our User Onboarding features actually pay-off. At first when the user first accesses the App, we provide the user with a set slideshow highlighting the usage of the App. Second, even if he doesn’t open the App, we start delivering Drip Campaigns as Push Notifications which make sure that the user atleast opens the App once and decides whether to use it or not. The Drip Campaigns also enable users to come back to the App again and again on a periodical basic. Something like the Drip Newsletter Campaigns which are run by popular WebSites.

The Drip Campaigns can also be triggered on possible dormant users and made sure that they come back to life in using the App. User Onboarding is a difficult task as it is, and this is just one tidbit of a feature to enable it.

On Spot Registrations

We not only had demonstrations of APertain in the form of Demo App, we also ran on spot registrations for APertain Mobile Customer Engagement Platform. We racked in quiet a few very interesting Users to do a Registration immediately and they have been actively evaluating APertain ever since. Some are even close to publishing their App under the Free Edition pricing. The rest are following up with the possibility of multi-year contracts.

Sales Partners

We are looking at Sales Partners to partner and publicize our offerings across businesses. We are glad we have found out one unique partner to work with us on various of our Products as a Sales Partner, Referral Partner (Affiliate) and Value Added Reseller (System Integrator who would sell to their Clients). We would making an announcement on this pretty soon.

Overall Event Result

The overall event of GMASA 2016 has been a great success for us, our team (first event for one of our members). We as a team had a great time at the Event. One of the main reasons for this is such a wonderful organization of the Event. This is our second time @ GMASA and hopefully we would be back at the International Venue as well as Domestic Venues on the coming years. Special Thanks to Mr C R Venkatesh & Mr. Stephen for making this event wonderful for JKL Technologies & APertain.
